★Decisions Regarding Course Cancellation

The course will be cancelled in the following circumstances:
・If the minimum number of participants is not met
・If circumstances beyond the organiser’s control make it necessary to cancel the course

◎Cancellation prior to the start of the course
* Course Fees already paid by bank transfer will be refunded.
* We are unable to compensate for cancellation fees or other costs incurred by the student, such as travel and accommodation expenses, in connection with attending the course. We recommend that you plan your booking with the worst-case scenario in mind to minimize your own financial burden.

◎ Cancellation after the course has started
* Decisions regarding refunds of Course Fees and specific arrangements for any uncompleted portions of the course will be made following consultation and consideration of the circumstances. Please note in advance that a full refund is not possible.

* We are unable to compensate for any costs that the student may be required to bear, such as cancellation fees for travel or accommodation expenses incurred in connection with attending the course. We recommend that you make your booking with the worst-case scenario in mind, so as to minimize your own financial burden.

Our approach to preventing the spread of viruses and other infections:
During this course, several participants will be sharing a limited space for extended periods. Whilst we ‘respect individual judgement’ regarding ventilation, hand sanitization and the wearing of face masks, please bear in mind that this is an environment where participants move whilst being conscious of their breathing and engage in conversation whilst making physical contact with one another. We therefore ask all participants to exercise their own judgement and cooperate as the situation and circumstances require.

We ask all students to take thorough care of their health and to practice infection prevention measures, including in the period leading up to the course. Should you feel unwell or experience any other health concerns, please inform us immediately.

***Important***

Please make all bookings via the Hacomono online booking system. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding.
