GYROKINESIS® Foundation Course
This is the third step for those aiming to become certified GYROKINESIS® trainers.
* Step 1 is to gain experience in the exercise method by participating in group classes.
* Step 2 is to take the Pre-Training Course (Concluded in March at this studio).
* This course will be conducted entirely in English.
▼ Eligibility
+ English-speakers who have completed the GYROKINESIS® Pre-Training Course: You must complete the Pre-Training Course in advance (no later than one week before this course begins).
+ Apprentice Trainers: Retaking this course allows you to fulfill a portion of your supervised hours.
+ Certified Trainers: This is an approved update course for license renewal.

① Studio Fee: 69,300 yen (63,000 yen + 6,300 yen consumption tax)
② Course Fee: The equivalent of 1,575 USD in Japanese yen + consumption tax

*You can still submit an application through the system even after the above period has ended. However, please note that the course manual may not be ready by the first day of the course.
*If the course is full, you may still submit a “waitlist” request through the system. If a spot becomes available, we will notify you via email. However, if you do not complete your registration within 4 hours of receiving the notification, the offer will automatically be sent to the next person on the waitlist.

▼Payment Method
① Studio Fee:
You will be required to pay this fee in the form of a “ticket” during the registration process on the hacomono member site.
*Please note that payment is processed through hacomono’s credit card system, so you will need to register your credit card information in advance.
*You can access your receipt from your hacomono My Page.
② Course Fee
Please pay via bank transfer.
*Details regarding the amount and account information will be provided directly to applicants approximately one month before the course start date.
(You will receive this information from either the administrative office or your assigned instructor.)
▼ Cancellation Policy
▽ How to Cancel:
Please be sure to notify the administrative office by email at the email address below.
IMPORTANT: Please do not cancel through the “My Page” → “Reservation Management” section of the hacomono member site.
▽Cancellation Fees
If you cancel your participation for personal reasons, the following cancellation fees will apply.
① Studio Fee
◎Notification by August 30:
A cancellation fee of 5,500 yen will be charged.
We will refund the difference between this fee and the ticket price (studio fee) paid at the time of registration.
◎ Notification on or after August 31:
The full ticket fee paid at the time of registration will be charged as a cancellation fee.
② Course Fee
◎ Notification by September 27:
A cancellation fee of 5,500 yen will be charged.
We will refund the difference between this fee and the course fee you have already paid.
◎ Notification on or after September 28:
The full amount of the course fee you have paid will be charged as a cancellation fee.
※ As an exception, if the canceled slot is filled by another participant, only the course fee will be refunded.
We will refund the amount remaining after deducting the 5,500 yen cancellation fee from the course fee you have paid.
＊All refunds will be made via bank transfer after the course has ended.
《Important Notes and Requests》
★Regarding Cancellation Decisions
The course will be canceled in the following cases:
・If the minimum number of participants is not met
・If circumstances beyond our control necessitate cancellation
◎Cancellation Before the Course Begins
＊Course fees already paid will be refunded.
* We cannot compensate for cancellation fees or other expenses related to transportation and accommodation costs incurred for the course, which the applicant will be responsible for. We recommend that you plan your booking with the worst-case scenario in mind to minimize your own financial burden.
◎ Cancellation After the Course Begins
* Decisions regarding refunds of course fees and specific arrangements for uncompleted portions will be made after consultation and consideration based on the circumstances. Please note in advance that a full refund is not possible.
* We cannot compensate for cancellation fees related to transportation and accommodation costs incurred for attending the course, or any other expenses that the applicant will be required to bear. We recommend that you plan your booking with the worst-case scenario in mind to minimize your financial burden.
Guidelines for Preventing Infections (e.g., Viruses):
In this workshop, multiple participants will share a limited space for extended periods.
While we respect individual judgment regarding ventilation, hand sanitization, and mask-wearing, please be aware that this is an environment where participants move while being conscious of their breathing and engage in conversation while physically interacting with one another. We ask that all participants exercise judgment and cooperate as necessary based on the situation.
We ask that all registrants take thorough care of their health and practice infection prevention measures, including in the period leading up to the workshop. If you feel unwell or experience any symptoms, please notify us immediately.
