① The Studio fee mentioned above is paid at the time of application by purchasing a ticket.
＊Payment is processed via credit card, so please note that you will need to register your card information on Hacomono.

② Course Fee: Studio Naturalflow will send you an email regarding the payment method for the course fee. Each course is different so please be sure to check this email before proceeding with payment.

Cancellation Fees
Do note that if you cancel for personal reasons, the following cancellation fees will apply.
◎ Cancellation by February 20: A cancellation fee of ¥10,000 will be charged.
Any difference between the ticket price paid at registration and the cancellation fee will be refunded via bank transfer after the course concludes. (Please note that you will be responsible for any transfer fees.) ◎ Cancellations made on or after February 21: The full ticket price paid at registration will be charged as the cancellation fee.
◎Cancellations made on or after March 12: The full ticket price paid at the time of application plus an additional ¥50,000* will be charged as a cancellation fee.
*As an exception, if the canceled slot is filled by another participant, the amount of ¥50,000 minus a ¥2,000 handling fee and the transfer fee will be refunded via bank transfer after the course ends.

Infection Prevention Measures:
This workshop involves multiple participants sharing a limited space for an extended period.
While we respect individual judgment regarding ventilation, hand sanitization, and mask-wearing, please note this is an environment where conscious breathing movements and physical contact during conversation occur. We kindly ask all participants to exercise appropriate judgment and cooperation based on the situation and necessity.
We ask all registered participants to thoroughly manage their own health and prevent infection, including the period leading up to the workshop day.
If you feel unwell or experience any symptoms, please notify us promptly.
★ Course Cancellation
Courses will be canceled under the following circumstances:
・When the minimum number of participants is not met
・When cancellation becomes unavoidable due to circumstances on the organizer’s side
◎ Cancellation Before Course Start
＊Course fees already paid will be refunded.
＊We cannot compensate for any cancellation fees incurred for transportation or accommodation expenses related to course attendance, or other costs the applicant may be required to bear. We recommend making bookings that minimize your personal burden, anticipating the worst-case scenario.
◎ Cancellation After Course Start
＊Refunds for course fees and specific arrangements for uncompleted portions will be determined through consultation based on the circumstances. Please understand in advance that a full refund is not possible.
＊We cannot compensate for cancellation fees related to transportation or accommodation costs incurred for course attendance, or any other expenses the applicant may be required to bear. We recommend making bookings that minimize your own burden, anticipating the worst-case scenario.
