Certified GYROKINESIS® / GYROTONIC® Trainers who have already completed both Program 1 and 2 of this curriculum.
This course is also recognized as an official update required for license renewal.

① Registration Fee: 5,500 JPY
Paid as a ticket purchase when submitting your application through the hacomono member site.
Receipt available under “My Page” on the hacomono member site.
Non-refundable.
 

② Studio Administrative Fee: Approximately 60,000 JPY
The exact amount varies depending on the number of participants.
Details will be sent via email around mid-February.
Please transfer the stated amount to the designated bank account provided in that email.
(Do not make a transfer before receiving the email.)
 

③ Course Fee: 840 USD
The instructor will announce payment instructions directly to registered participants once finalized.

If the course reaches capacity before the deadline, applications will switch to a waitlist.
Applications may still be accepted after the deadline if openings remain.

Cancellation Fees (When the participant cancels for personal reasons)
 

If notice is given by March 31:
The studio administrative fee will be refunded minus a 10,000 JPY cancellation fee.
 

If notice is given on or after April 1:
The full studio administrative fee will be charged as a cancellation fee.
 

If the canceled spot is filled by another participant, the full amount will be refunded minus a 10,000 JPY processing fee.
 

All refunds will be made via bank transfer after the course concludes.
 
 

▼ Important Notes & Requests
Regarding infection prevention:
This workshop involves multiple participants sharing a limited space for extended periods, engaging in movement with conscious breathing and occasional physical contact.
While we respect each individual’s choice regarding ventilation, hand sanitization, and mask use, we kindly ask all participants to make thoughtful decisions and cooperate as needed.
Please maintain good health and infection prevention measures before and during the course.
If you feel unwell at any time, please notify us promptly.
 

▼ Course Cancellation Policy (Organizer-Initiated)
The course will be canceled in the following cases:
If the minimum number of participants is not met
If circumstances on the organizer’s side make it impossible to hold the course
If cancellation occurs before the course begins:
Course fees already paid will be refunded.
We cannot compensate for any travel or accommodation costs, including cancellation fees.
Please plan your arrangements with this in mind to minimize personal financial risk.
If cancellation occurs after the course has begun:
Refunds or arrangements for any unfinished portion will be determined based on circumstances.
Please note that a full refund will not be possible.
