Gyrokinesis® Specialized Course [Cardiovascular Breathing Program 2]
We are pleased to invite you to participate in the Gyrokinesis® Specialized Course: “Cardiovascular Breathing Program 2.”
This program is designed for anyone who wishes to become stronger, healthier, and more resilient, offering simple yet effective movement and breathing sequences that are accessible, gentle, and easy to follow. Through the harmonious collaboration of movement and breath, participants can experience profound benefits in both body and mind.
In Program 2, the simple and rhythmic movement and breathing patterns introduced in Program 1 are further developed with greater depth and refinement. While remaining approachable and easy to follow for all participants, this program provides instructors with valuable tools to enhance class motivation and engagement, making it a powerful addition to daily teaching.
This course is officially recognized as a required update for Gyrokinesis® / Gyrotonic® license renewal.
It is highly recommended for those who need to renew their license as well as for instructors wishing to incorporate a fresh teaching approach into their regular classes.

This course is open to certified Gyrokinesis® / Gyrotonic® trainers who have successfully completed Program 1.

① Studio Administration Fee
This fee of ¥22,000 (including tax) is required to be paid at the time of application, in the form of a hacomono ticket purchase.
* Please note that this fee is non-refundable.
* Credit card registration is required.
* Receipts can be downloaded from your hacomono “My Page.”
② Course Tuition
Please pay the course fee of ¥90,000 (tax included) directly to the instructor on the first day of the course.
* Payment must be made in cash (Japanese yen).
* Rereceipt will be issued directly by the instructor.

Within 7 days before the first day of the course (after 12:00 a.m.)
The full amount of Course Tuition 90000yen will be charged as a cancellation fee.
* If your place is filled by another participant, a refund will be issued minus a handling fee of ¥11,000.
* All refunds will be processed via bank transfer after course completion.

Health & Infection Prevention Policy
This workshop involves long hours of shared space and close interaction, including physical contact and breathing-focused movement.
While personal judgment regarding ventilation, hand sanitation, and mask use is respected, we kindly ask all participants to exercise appropriate caution and cooperation based on the situation.
Please maintain good health and infection prevention practices leading up to the course.
If you feel unwell, please inform us promptly.
▼ Course Cancellation by Organizer
The course may be canceled under the following circumstances:
If the minimum number of participants is not met.
If unavoidable circumstances arise on the organizer’s side.
In case of cancellation before the course begins:
Course tuition already paid will be refunded.
We regret that we cannot compensate for travel, accommodation, or related cancellation fees incurred by participants. Please make reservations with this possibility in mind.
In case of cancellation after the course begins:
Refunds and arrangements for incomplete sessions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
Full refunds cannot be guaranteed.
Travel and accommodation-related expenses cannot be compensated.
