▽How to Cancel

▽Cancellation Fees
If you cancel your participation for personal reasons, the following cancellation fees will apply.

 

① Studio Expenses

 

◎Notification by September 13:
　A cancellation fee of 5,500 yen will be charged.
　We will refund the difference between this fee and the ticket price (studio expenses) paid at the time of registration.

 

◎ Notification on or after September 14:
　The full ticket fee paid at the time of registration will be charged as a cancellation fee.

 
※ As an exception, if the canceled slot is filled by another participant,
　we will refund the amount remaining after deducting a cancellation fee of approximately 5,500 yen from the studio fees you have paid.
＊All refunds will be made via bank transfer after the course ends.

② Course Fee

 

 

◎ Notifications on or after November 1:
The full course fee will be charged as a cancellation fee.
* Those who paid via WISE =＞ Refunds will be issued via WISE.
* Those planning to pay in cash =＞ Please transfer the equivalent of 525 USD in Japanese yen as a cancellation fee to the instructor’s designated bank account.
　

 

※As an exception, if the canceled spot is filled by another participant, we will refund only the course fee.
　We will refund the amount remaining after deducting a cancellation fee of 5,500 yen from the course fee you paid.

《Important Notes and Requests》

 

★Decisions Regarding Course Cancellation

 

The course will be canceled in the following cases:

 

・If the minimum number of participants is not met
・If circumstances on the organizer’s side make it necessary to cancel the course

 

◎ Cancellation Before the Course Begins

 

* Course fees that have been paid via bank transfer will be refunded.

 

* We cannot compensate for cancellation fees or other expenses incurred by the applicant, such as transportation and accommodation costs related to attending the course. We recommend that you plan your booking with the worst-case scenario in mind to minimize your own financial burden.

 

◎ Cancellation After the Course Begins

 

* Decisions regarding course fee refunds and specific arrangements for uncompleted portions of the course will be made after consultation and consideration based on the circumstances. Please note in advance that a full refund is not possible.

 

* We cannot compensate for cancellation fees or other expenses related to transportation and accommodation costs incurred for attending the course, which the applicant will be required to bear. We recommend that you plan your booking with the worst-case scenario in mind to minimize your financial burden.

 

Regarding measures to prevent the spread of viruses and other infections:
In this workshop, multiple participants will share a limited space for an extended period of time.
While we respect individual judgment regarding ventilation, hand sanitization, and mask-wearing, please be aware that this is an environment where participants move while being conscious of their breathing and engage in conversation while physically touching one another. We ask that all participants exercise their own judgment and cooperate as necessary based on the situation.

 

We ask all registrants to thoroughly manage their health and practice infection prevention measures, including in the period leading up to the workshop.
