[April 2020] GYROKINESIS® Pretraining Course
 


 
 

Whether you are interested in becoming a certified GYROKINESIS® trainer (this course is the second step*) or just want to gain a better understanding of the method, you are welcome to join this course.
* As a first step, we recommend gaining experience in the GYROKINESIS® method by taking group classes. A Level 1 Foundation Course, the third step in the process, will also be arranged.
